Staging contract is for 60 days for vacant or occupied homes

Staging Consultation and Report - $225 for 1 hour

(Virtual staging consultation option is available)

During your consultation we will go room by room taking many notes and photographs while we assess the state of your home and it’s specific needs. After, we will briefly discuss some of the highlights of our report for your home and answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Within 48 hours you will be provided with a very detailed, room by room report for your home. The report will include suggested repairs, updates, material/color choices, placement of furnishings and contacts you may need in the process of preparing your home for sale. Once your “homework” list is complete, your home is ready to be staged by Sweet T Designs!

Sweet T Accessory Staging – $700 (about $12 a day)

Fee includes staging decor, delivery, set up of staging items, rental of staging inventory, and de-staging of items from the home.

(Homes over 4000 square feet or price point over $850k are $850)

An accessories only staging, focusing on fresh artwork, plants, pillows, and other home decor items while also utilizing the homeowner’s belongings and furniture items (if occupied). This may involve rearranging and removing some of the homeowner’s furnishings and personal things. Areas included are the kitchen, all bathrooms, a focal area (such as a fireplace), and built tins. Art and accessories maybe added to the master, foyer, and dining room as needed.

*Extend Monthly Staging Inventory Rental – $150 (about $5 a day)

(Homes over 4000 square feet or price point over $850k are $225)
